That would make it so much more interesting because he tweeted the "A7oGMUD3zT7RPsT3Mm41exFLYrbowMKH4Nrv53ToJauooqJH3y0Pj5T8LvMbLB4" string in 2011, almost 2 years in advance to the "aHR0cDovL2Qyejczdmg3Y3I3OXJ5LmNsb3VkZnJvbnQubmV0L2Nvc2VjaGEubXAz" code posted during the TH campaign. Unfortunately, we never managed to decipher the 2011 one. If there's something to decipher at least. Could be random?

The account is now following 451 accounts equalling the number of followed accounts

So looks like the account has unfollowed a number of accounts recently to match the amount of followed accounts

Sort of reminds me of my Instagram days when it was common for people to want to have equal followed and following accounts or to have more following than followed, So it's looks like peoples interest in you far outweighs your interest in others

This kinda behaviour doesn't strike me as BoC-like
