Yeah thats what really pissed me off . Not what the album sounds like but that the brothers asked for respect and he gave them none . After 8 years ?!!? this is how you say you're a fan ? seriously .
This album is a big deal for them as well, they have lives too they're just as excited about keeping up the mystery and excitement as we are . It's a moment in time they won't get back and to have one of their best album's releases ruined would suck . Esp if they have more events for fans planned or the possibility of them never doing this again because of this .
So lame .

It's not going effect anything. The sound quality is shit. Nobody can listen to these recordings a make a serious judgement of what the album is like. It's like people filming new songs by bands when they play live.
Mostly agree. But it could affect how they conduct listening parties in the future
I think the only way they can really make sure that nothing is getting spoiled is by simply not doing any sort of public pre-release listening party etc. There's always going to be someone disregarding any rules you may set. Unfortunate but what can you do?
Okay first off, everyone needs to chill the #%$@ out, the guy recorded tracks and uploaded them, big deal. the same was done for other tracks as well. It was an unveiling of an album. Sure Mike and Marcus said NO to it, but there was bound to be someone. Calm down fanboys and girls.
If you don't want to hear the new album until release date, practice some self control and don't listen to the shoddy low quality recordings.
and to the guy who decided to say that the album was good and not great, on the basis of these recordings, should punch himself out and give his little review when he wakes up and hears the real deal when it actually comes out.
I think the end of this track is my favorite thing on the album right now. It makes me feel so happy it's ridiculous. It seriously gives me mdma flashbacks.
All of old. Nothing else ever. Ever tried. Ever failed. No matter. Try again. Fail again. Fail better.
my favourite at Lake Delores but couldn't recall the exact placement on album so wasn't sure of the name. buzzing that others feel the same about it. instant classic.

I thought of RDJ too. It's probably the biggest surprise I've ever gotten out of boc.
Is this the one that one person called "ROYBBIV pt2"? I don't really think it sounds like ROYGBIV but it sort of has the same place on the album as that one did. Like it doesn't quite fit in with the rest and yet it works really well.

For me, Nothing Is Real is Roygbiv 2.0!
As for Palace Posy, it has a certain Aphex Twin vibe in it and definitely it's gonna be an album's favourite for many fans.
