For me, I'm still going with:

Geogaddi > Music Has The Right To Children > Tomorrow's Harvest > The Campfire Headphase
Okay...now...wait for fog machine.

If we're talking album only I'm going Geogaddi >Tommorow's Harvest > Campfire Headphase > MHTRTC > Twoism

it's their masterpiece. There, I said it!

I was a bit uncertain listening to the stream, and was afraid people were hyping their initial listens up too much from the excitement. But after a second listen to a high-quality rip I'd say that this easily has to be up there with Geogaddi at the top. If anything it creates a more consistent mood than any other of their releases, which is pretty high praise given it's competition.

I think it's hard to have that kind of context only a day or so after hearing the album for the first time. I mean it's not even released yet.
Initially though, I have a good feeling that it will be up there with MHTRTC, which means I love it a lot.

There are maybe six or seven songs that they've done that are better than any one song on TH.

Having said that, I think that it's probably their best album as whole.

It's a tough call though. It's always hard to compare one great thing with another great thing, especially when it comes to music.

Like others, I'll need my own copy, several months' time, and several outdoor experiences with it to truly rank it.

And, needless to say, this is like having to rank my top wildest desires. I'll unfortunately have to put one in last, but it's still one of my wildest desires..

But, right now, I'm thinking..

TH = Geogaddi > TCH = MHTRTC

TH > TCH > G > MHTRTC > T

I'm chronological. Though all are good, their production skills keep improving and that's what always has amazed me about them.

I'm not ready to rank this album yet but I will say I am shocked that Geogaddi seems to be held in higher regard than MhtRtC? Don't get me wrong both are great. But Music was a subtle yet major point of departure for the whole scene primarily through its sheer perfection.

Aye. I'm going with this as well.

For me, it's a bit like asking how the open wound on your arm compares with the rest of the scars on your body aesthetically - you've got to give it time before a comparison can be made.

That's probably a shit analogy but it's late etc.

Well, it all depends I guess on how much you've heard it now. I know not everyone downloaded the stream rip and listened to it 17 times in a row...I guess this question is to those who did.

Music Has the Right to Children
Tomorrow's Harvest

I still havent figured out why so many of you aren't fond of Campfire Headphase. Sure, its not as dark, but I think its damn good.

Headphase is on a level of its own I think. Absolutely amazing album, even if I think Geogaddi is their masterpiece.

Anyway, it hasn't been long enough for me to decide yet where TH stands. So far I think it is incredible and a big step in the right direction.

yeah i feel like i'll know for sure in a year or so, at least 6-8 months.

but if i had to answer now, i'd say:

MHTRTC > Geogaddi > Tommarow's Harvest > The Campfire Headphase > Twoism
