sorry to derail a tad. I ordered a single and album on 4/20 and the single was shipped 2 days later and came in early may even though I live in one of the remotest towns in CA (Humboldt area). The album which was released may 13th has yet to arrive though it says it was dispatched the previous week. So I'm wondering if something went wrong there.

i'm gonna come right out and say it. that's garbage. that means there was basically no incentive to preorder directly via bleep. i won't be falling for that again.
luckily, i preordered from a local record store too, so hopefully they'll have some goodies unlike those bleep bastards.
did anybody ever actually ascertain what the preorder card's code was for?
my wife just scolded me for whining about the news here that people who ordered from Bleep didn't get
any goodies. i suppose we just have to accept the ultimate goodie (TH) is staring us in the face.
well not MY face as it probably won't come to CA for another week. i think i will just hit Amoeba on a weeknight and get that shit soon as it hits the racks as i can't be waiting for Bleep--USPS--indifferent postman. the LP jacket looks fab.

i agree with you for the most part. i by no means have a complaint with boc. I've really enjoyed the lead up to this release, but i would have expected bleep to follow through and make the act of preordering through them also a reward for those of us who obsessed over all the little details. after all, the devil is in the details.
