But the URL on the US cards are different. http://cosecha-transmisiones.com/reserva
Or it will only redirect to the Bleep page after the official release?... Hmm.
i don't get it, they gave out these download cards for what $5? yet the download card is actually inside the vinyl as well. this is whats getting us thinking theres something else, am i following?
plus the 'reserve' went live weeks ago with the auto download.
talk about confusing, unless of course the vinyls shipped to US have no download card inside, seems unlikely though. would also mean for $5 you get a FREE download of the album, so it cant be that.
Both of the cards ( http://tiny.cc/1uqdyw and http://tiny.cc/hvqdyw ) are only for the indie store buyers.
What you can download? The full album in mp3, what we alreday have with our Bleep preorder.

... Or not.
yea thats the thing, theres already a download card inside the vinyl that you would buy anyway from indie store. those cards were given out on preorder for $5 or something, cheap full album if its the case... or as you said... or not.
I attempted my code at the portal site, but here's the thing.
- the album hasn't released so that might be why it's stating my card in invalid.
- why would the character set indicate that the code is case sensitive if everybody's us preorder card has only capital letters? ( can anyone confirm?)
--------
My theory is that the code was originally intended for the reserva site, but something went wrong with the code system so they enabled the content to automatically download when you accessed the url. that's the only thing i can think of, but if there is some exclusive content waiting for us that would be really exciting. I'm just don't think that's the case.

All good points. Maybe come the 10th or 11th, it will be working properly.
The preparation for a dive is always a tense time.

the price of admission varies from store to store. It's usually just to dedicate a portion of the cost against the full price of the album. for example, i'm in austin and waterloo insists you pay the full price of the item when you preorder, so my card actually cost somewhere around 15 dollars.
I think the record store that posted about exclusive music were actually just being misleading about what content the card would get you. It seems like a ploy to get more preorders at that store than anything else.

next time just give us a sticker or poster. having a copy of the video is pretty cool, but that content is widely available on the internet. get physical.
Here's my inquiry with Bleep (which is, sadly, underwhelming):
TE, Jun 04 18:13 (BST):
Hi there
These download cards will not arrive with Bleep orders.
The download card does not have access to any new or different audio or any kind of music. If however you would like access to the wallpaper images, we can send you these? Please let us know if you would like us to do this.

Supergrine, Jun 04 17:56 (BST):
Boards of Canada Tomorrow's Harvest pre-order customers who pre-order from selected independent record store receive a special download card for bonus materials. As a Bleep pre-order customer, can I take advantage of this same bonus material deal, or do I need to cancel my Bleep order and then pre-order from a local record store?

Thanks for posting this! Official word is the best kind of word on this matter. Underwhelming though, indeed.

so it really was just the wallpapers this whole time and the card was for downloading an mp3 version of the album. would be nice to have that card though

yep, kind of sick of these 'ploys' now at this stage, do they think we're stupid? i always say it, be honest cos it comes back to bite, everytime
Well although I would love stickers, posters, bonus tracks etc, I will say that Bleep made good on offering WAVs / FLACS to us vinyl buyers. I think that's a good gesture.
