Why are the chances slim? Thousands have been printed and sent to shops all over the world.
a) how do YOU know that?

b) which shops? specifically which shops in the south-west of england?

I emailed CBS Outdoor who supply posters for London Underground. Polite reply from them saying they can't sell or supply posters to individuals. Shame.

A friend of mine is playing a show at a record store on Friday ... I'm gonna ask while I'm there if there are any stickers / posters / magnets or anything left over.

I don't know it, but my tiny local record store which is pretty unknown had some posters and stickers. So if they had them I can only assume that a lot have been sent out all over the country. Just try wherever is closest to you, they might still have some left over.

friends in Ireland say, all they got were A3 sized small posters sent over to the stores.
saw them and they look exactly like the cover with Boards of Canada in the smaller type and with no Date, June 7, June 10 etc unlike US versions which have June 11 printed on them and larger type for Boards of Canada.

havent managed to bag a UK store version, they may have got A2 larger, anyone lucky?

Hey Kathleen I managed to get you an A3 poster (no date, warp and music70 logos) + sticker.
As I mentioned before the poster is for some reason folded in half by the shop, but I will ship it flat to not ruin it any further.
the twist is that I had to buy another copy of the vinyl. Does anyone fancy buying it off me special delivery or something for face value? Don't really have the money to be owning 4 copies of this album lol.

out to stores in an A3 jiffy bag! wtf

seems UK got A3 size as well. well done bleep/warp you might as well move yourselves abroad, the countries on the far side of the world managed to get that bit right.

I might pay that price for one but not one folded like that.

Thanks for the info, wasn't sure if they had the huge subway posters for Geogaddi.

Do we know how people are obtaining the posters? Are you guaranteed one if you buy TH from your local indie shop?

Have been trying for 2 days to get the giveaways in my area, on Facebook and near where my friends live but to no avail! Looks like it was a few select stores that received them…

It's only selected record shops I guess, cause I went to the biggest record shops here in Cincinnati and none of them knew what the hell I was talking about. They sure were whoring out the new Daft Punk though haha.
