i don't think paypal should release payment until the goods have arrived.
you get what you pay for. all those funds have been sitting in their bank for almost 6 weeks now,
but then they'd probably refuse paypal and take Visa only.
wankers!!!
no sign of it here today either. they definitely did not ship this 'during last week'
was Friday at least.
they kept holding and holding this til the very last moment when all the shops had theirs sent out.
it does not make sense. they should get a letter signed by all of us and watmm.

Same for me, I pre-ordered like 5 seconds after it was available.GH wrote:Postie's just gone, and still no album.
I was supposed to have this last Friday on Ireland's release day.
I reckon I was in the first 100 people to pre-order the album from Bleep in the entire world, yet people who have recently bought it on a whim already have it and I don't.
Not happy with Bleep.
At all.
I didn't want to get pissed about there being no extras/posters with it, but not having the album almost one week after the release date is just annoying.

Here's Bleep's reply to my email this morning:
Hi
We are sorry your order has not yet arrived.
We can confirm that this was dispatched on the 5th of June to try and ensure that your order would reach you by the release date. However, we hope you understand that these things are not always an exact science. There can be delays in the post that are beyond our control so your order might be slightly late getting to you. We apologise sincerely for any inconvenience this may cause.
I'm afraid we are not able to provide tracking for orders. This is because all our orders are shipped Royal Mail Standard Class. We do ask that you allow up to 28 days for orders to arrive. If your order has not arrived by then, please do let us know and we will be able to take further action. However, it is highly likely that your order will arrive before this.
We are sorry for the wait. Hopefully your order will be with you soon.

After 14 days it is now up to 28! This is getting ridiculous....

Same here, but I don't think this is the problem. I've had many other things delivered from Bleep in the past and there is also no country included on the invoice's shipping address for them.30equals wrote:oh my....same here.. hope it's not in the hands of some confused postal worker in the UK now..plazz wrote:
Checked the invoice on Bleep, looks like there's no country included on the shipping address. Anyone else?
Yup, you're right. Checked the invoices of previous orders, no country on those either.MindElevation wrote:Same here, but I don't think this is the problem. I've said this in a few threads just due to overall concern but I'm still waiting for my Silver Wilkinson and it's been over a month. At least my email said it was dispatched during the first week of may on my may 13th download email. Granted I'm in a small coastal town in northern CA 300 miles north of SF. But Fuuuck.
I don't expect my TH until late July at this rate. I'm heading up to portland thursday and they have some great record shops so I think I'll pick up the CD since I only ordered the vinyl and I'd like the cards that come with the CD. But still.
I ordered from Bleep when I lived in C-bus because there is no place to pick up vinyl like that. Things seemed timely enough. Anyway If I end up in portland I don't have to bother with this shit ever again.

Well said. It's not really the delay for me because I'm having the mp3 / wavs now via Bleep to enjoy, but it's strange that the ones who cracked the code / flooded Bleep in order to have their copy will get their order without goodies and later than the shop.Compound Candy wrote:This is not really the point!euue wrote:eight years since their last release and a couple days without a disc are freaking you all out
I am talking about paid service.
And also the fact that Bleep obviously knew the fans would have been the first ones pre-ordering, otherwise what would have been the purpose of all the codes/treasure hunt!? Bleep said they were aiming for the record to arrive "in hands" on the release date...sorry, but my order got despatched the Friday before, then I got an email warning that the shipping could take up to 14 days!! Not my definition for an "on time" service! Plus, now that I realize this crappy situation i feel fooled for two main reasons:
1 - I have ordered two copies that are still not in my hands after the release date.
2 - The money could have gone to support an indie record store (which is actually much needed) where they would give me a poster/sticker with my copy (which apparently Bleep won't do for us!)
Still, I agree...thanx for the wavs...but this was a last shot for me!
(now enjoy the music)
We love you all.
I'm also done with Bleep. I prefer to give my money to my local record store and it's cheaper.

I wish my local record store had a better selection.
To those with shipping issues -- were you given a tracking number? This morning I checked and found my LPs to be in a distribution / sorting center in my state.

It will have a sticker on it saying that it's an art card edition.Moloch wrote:Nothing here too... Fortunately I bought the CD yesterday, but I don't know if it contains the artcards. How can I make sure without opening it?
