Best Venue For a Live Return?

Post by Pilgrim S »

I know it's not likely to happen, but they haven't ruled it out. So where would you like to see them play? I think it has to be somewhere a bit special, but also has to be fairly big to allow as many of us to get in.

So unless it's some kind of Jean Michele Jarre style Houston gig, where it's free, with Warp doing the visuals over a city skyline, I'd suggest somewhere like the Eden Project in Cornwall. Has that kind of other worldly, nature vibe, and can fit 3000 people.

But... but... I only have so much money available in my line of credit to buy tickets for this.

Should be here . http://www.silophone.net/

They should turn one of the silo's into an instrument by running samples through it . You can upload sounds and it will play it back to you live with the added acoustic effects on the site . Running BOC through it sound amazing .

also it looks so Kaini Industries .

i would never want to see boc play in a big venue... i don't care if i was there. i think they're too smart to do that.

i want them to play in strictly lighthouses across the world given everyone at least a chance to see them

The Eden Project is a good shout. Jodrell Bank would be interesting (I'm pretty sure Doves have played there before).

YES! Almost any band you see there it will be one of the best shows ever based off the venue alone. Saw Radiohead there in 2003 and it was the only time they played Subterranean Homesick Alien on the tour and Mars was juuuuust above the top of the stage, perfect.
