That's messed up. Really, I can't believe you still haven't gotten yours. I would demand free shipping or some kind of credit.
It is beyond ridiculous really. They told me to wait a week to see if it showed up, it didn't. So they sent out a replacement one on monday. The t-shirts arrived the next day. But still no sign of the vinyl. I don't get it!? Not to mention I have to wait til they get more digipack CD's in stock until I get that. Fuck Bleep.

My vinyl and t-shirt came packaged together so I've no idea what they are playing at. Maybe as you had more than one t-shirt they couldn't fit them all in the same box? Still very odd that the vinyl didn't come at the same time.

I'm waiting on my digipak CD as well.

While I think Bleep are being very gracious in sorting our lost orders out, there's clearly something very wrong with their despatching process for so many to go missing or to take so long. They won't be my first choice for ordering physical products anymore. I would rather go with Norman Records or Boomkat. Better still, my local indie shop.

idk if i mentioned it in this thread, but i have to give another big rep to Norman records. i bought a 3rd copy there the first week because i thought the art card edition was exclusive to those shops. well, when we sorted out that that wasn't the case within a day or two, i asked if i could cancel my preorder. the guy at Norman responded within an hour, telling me "no prob bob" (basically), and it was no hard feelings, super kind of them, etc...

well 4 weeks later, i get a shipment notification from them, so i verify with them that my card wasn't recharged. sure enough, they did refund the cash, but had accidentally shipped it anyway--a free copy. he said, "it'd be more expensive to post back to UK than it's worth, so just keep it!" granted, it actually arrived later than my bleep copies, about 5 days after release date, but i would sit through that again in a heartbeat for that kind of customer service. highly recommended!

No vinyl and t-shirt in Finland either. Bought an extra LP from local store to ease the wait. Lol at Bleep.

Still no vinyl or t-shirt
Changed my t shirt order about 4 or 5 days before release, so I could understand a possible slight delay, but 10 days! I'm only in southern England.

i wonder what strategy they used, if at all

perhaps those who ordered less got it faster, mutiples next, then mixed orders i.e shirts with cds with vinyl moved onto the 3rd line and last despatch team.

some orders shipped separately (US orders only i think?) then orders as ive seen one photo, the shirt in plastic bag was taped to the outside of the lp box PLUS the cd in its own little box was also taped to the lp box!!! those 2 separate packages taped to the lp box had no documentation or address detalils. if they fell off or were taken off, then they'd have nowhere to go! well actually in the case of the photo one customer showed me, it was the plastic bag with shirts taped outside the lp box that had the invoice, the cds and lps were naked! no name, came from nowhere.

lps and cds i got from bleep before always had the cd placed inside the lp box. even the shirts would have fit and in fact may have resulted in less damaged sleeves, providing nice padding. those Cruciform lp cartons can hold lots of vinyls and come in larger sizes too.

sorry, i sound like i'm talking in school maths. one child got less and the other got more as they eat faster, so they both finished at same time, but one got fat

After a big mix-up and delay, my order(s) arrived. I only ordered 1 (with CD + artcard, LP and t-shirt) but ended up getting 2 parcels: one with LP and t-shirt, the other with LP and CD; so, an extra LP.

So, going to arrange to send one LP back.

My only question is: how can I verify whether the CD I received is the art card version? I'm not at home to look/check so have to be able to describe the person there. Is it simply that the CD case has a fold-out sleeve with some art cards tucked in there, and there are literally *no* such cards on the other version? Hopefully so... (and, in that case, this is the one I have).
