It's always been a favorite for me. It's the one that really grabbed my attention when I first heard MHTRTC. That beat, those drums, they're beyond words!

Why that track is so fucking great...goddamn, I realize that for some people who don't have much, they'll NEVER heard all the details. Ever. I had no idea how many people listen to music out of computer speakers not designed for audio reproduction (or worse, laptop speakers/earbuds).

It's insane. You will never be able to appreciate BoC fully that way but especially Geogaddi and especially that song.

Hypothetical: If I ever make a bunch of money (I mean REALLY make it) and end up succeeding in music, I'm going to buy all my fans that show up to a performance a copy of Geogaddi and an M50-range pair of Audio-Technica headphones. Seriously, people need to hear it.

Ya, it's still Dawn Chorus for me. Everything about that song, from the out of tune synths, to the build up to the bass, to the voice samples, is bliss to my ears.
It's not just my favorite of BoC's songs; it's my favorite song.

Very (very) late reply lol, but yes it is very much necessary to own a pair of good headphones or speakers to fully enjoy all the texture and detail in BoC's music. I recently bought an AKG Q701 and it's almost like rediscovering all my favorite bands! If you really, really dig music there is absolutely no excuse not to save up some 200-300 EUR for a good pair of headphones. It is a very wise investment and one will certainly not regret!

On-topic: nowadays Telephasic Workshop is up there with Julie And Candy as my favorite. I don't know what it is with that track, but hotdamn that percussion sounds so organic/tribal and that rythm is so badass! That synth just so effin' gorgeous, brings out something that feels almost mystical/metaphysical to me, for lack of a better term. And then there is those chopped-up vocals, all three of them which create an almost perfect harmony combined with the percussion.

Aaaaaaah Telephasic Workshop, something you can always come back to...

Strange so many people like Happy Cycling, yet I've never seen the big deal with it. Maybe it's one of those 'sleeper' tracks that remains undiscovered to my ears, or always listened to without the right frame of mind.

An Eagle In Your Mind is standing out along with Alpha and Omega. Also, 1969 played while pitched down, and thus slowed down by 6 semitones is amaaaaazzzinggg!!

EDIT: I cannot forget mentioning the live version of Sixtyten from ATP! I wish we had this in HQ!!! Best version of Sixtyten by far.
