[FAKE] I found these at Goodwill. Can someone verify/deny?

Is the date on your computer messed up? Half the files are dated from March 2013, and half from May 2013... seems weird if they were just created.

I ripped this all from the tape. If the songs aren't legit, I told you, I never said it was legit. I just bought these tapes at Goodwill. If they're fake, don't shoot the messenger.

I really ripped these directly from my Pioneer CT tape deck. For the four thousandth time, I never said these were legitimate, I did say, however, that I'd upload them. Sorry for any disappointments, but I really enjoy the tape. If some of you don't, and if it's not BoC, then you're wholly entitled to that opinion.

What people are pointing out is that the separate files have date modified tag info, which could not have come from a tape, as a tape doesn't hold this type of info. Some of the files say they were modified on a computer in March of this year

The files you provided don't really support your claims. Do what Hexahedral described on the previous page and we can have a further look into this.

It was the BoC Maxima, I forgot that I uploaded it.
And, yeah, the other tapes are perfectly fine.

Aside from the songs which it seems your itunes mixed up, the previously unheard ones in here really do sound musically like BoC. The sh101/mc202 is quite prominently featured and the melodies are just gorgeous. Usually fakes are not as melodically stimulating as these.

He still won't say what software he used to record these either. I mean, why not just send us the raw untainted files straight from the recording program? Not the ones you imported into iTunes.

My iMac CMOS died long ago. But I doubt that holds any relevance, I update the day every time I turn on the computer.

I imported these all to iTunes. TapeTunes is the program I used to let iTunes think I just put in a CD.
