Great song, But the main thing I'm wondering is where those organ/piano samples came from?

They most probably created the samples themselves. It's very much part of BOC's process to run their riffs thru all manner of sound-mangling equipment (old amps, hi-fi, tvs, vhs, compressors etc) in order to emulate old recordings. They've said they will even zone in on a particular year to reference, and spend ridiculous amounts of time effectively reducing the 'sound quality' in very precise ways to achieve it.
...what subtlety?

sounds like a pitched up/distorted sh101 with a ton of reverb. + flute samples.

yep.

its funny how people say 'leaked'. the stuff was handed out on cassettes. for someone to think it wasnt getting passed around at some point would have to be pretty clueless.

now if it was being saved for future releases and it got spread around....THEN i would understand.

so that would be R35TT tracks 12A, 13A and 14A which circulated several years before R35TT itself surfaced... interesting how they follow each other.

This particular track is my favourite on R35TT. Incredible atmosphere. Just stunning. I had no idea it turned up the same year MHTRTC was released... ha! I wonder if those tracks being included together is indicative of anything.

P.S. do people refer to A14 as being Godever then?

Theres a chance it might be Godever. The song sorta matches with the name.

audiotrack 14a drips with nostalgia. the drums are so addicting, and the music is really dreamy sounding. another absolute classic boc track.

Audiotrack 14a reminds me very strongly of Turquoise Hexagon Sun
Jesus, was it you indeed?
To flirt unkindly with my greed
Promising eternal life
When you knew it was not right?
When you knew that what I'd need was willingness and comfort there
