Somebody has gone and done what someone needed to do for a long time (in my opinion). GeoCities lit a fire in my heart, and I spent a huge chunk of my teenage years knocking together websites in hand-coded HTML on there. This guy has pretty much made a few tweaks and is bringing back something many of us loved dearly. I can't believe this makes me so emotional!

I love that idea! They really are part of the second (I guess) wave of the internet. They could always be produced for free anyway, but NeoCities has captured the essence of why they were important and - dare I say it - why they will be again!
was reading about this the other day. i had a similar idea a while back, its good someone ran with it. looks like a great implementation, hope it goes well for them.
