Just for disclosure: This post is promoting a new site I'm working on, though since I think it will appeal to quite a few people on twoism I don't consider it spamming. Hopefully you won't either! If the mods want to remove this they are of course more than welcome to do so.
So, seeing as it's so hard to find cool sites on the internet now (let's face it, SEO is king and if you don't have a blog with good keywords, that's updated regularly and is swarmed with backlinks it's hard to be found using google), I decided last week to build my own webring/directory and it's just went online this morning at http://2cd.co . Obviously, this is a very early build of the site but I believe it's functional and is representative of the sites main function.
Anyway, the reasons I'm sharing the link here are:
1# Because I think it will appeal to some of you, and
2# Because I think you might know of some suitable links for submission. We're not looking for blogs, or self-promotion, but actually suitable stuff. Personal websites, fan sites, random obscure videos and so on. Things that you yourself would love someone else to stumble upon in the middle of the night while surfing the web aimlessly.
I know it might seem like a strange concept to some of you, but please do check it out and let us know what you think
