If you use a vector image, the filesize is miniscule and you can make it however large you like.

Yes, a vector maintains a relatively small file size, however, a complete rendering/export of a file with that resolution would be nearly uncontainable. Dependent, of course, on other varying circumstances.

If it's an optimised PNG of, for example, the Catalog 3 cover art, it would still be quite small.
