I really think it's a crime how Christ. has less than 1,000 facebook likes, by the way. He's super-friendly and has made some of the best music around. Glad I connected to him on there, since I was able to get a red-vinyl copy of "Distance lends enchantment...". Seriously, more of you all should check him out.

Seems that this was thought out by Oldhat before they uploaded it. They were already following nearly 300 people on soundcloud, loads of them names I recognise from here when they uploaded the audio. Then they deleted the account. It just makes me wonder who Oldhat is?

This tape was left behind several years ago, and I’ve ripped it before returning it to it’s owner, if he ever shows his face again. Leaving it up for 24 hours only.

@2020K, did you message Oldhat on soundcloud at all?

If this isn't legit then it's still really, really good. One of my happiest memories of the Twoism meet over the summer was playing Midas Touch somewhere around 1AM. I've a feeling this might just make it into the mix for next year :wink:

^ Someone must have the copy of OTV2 with the titles mixed up. I think maybe one version had Iraq Says/Nine Rubber Wisdom combined in one track.

Anyways, it's really nice to see this and I hope it's real. For it to come out of the woodwork after 14 years, this is the coolest thing to happen since the Old Tunes tapes were ripped.

Fantastic. I have wanted to hear this ever since I first posted that link years ago. I never thought in a million years it would have amounted to anything. Granted, it could have just planted the seed for an awesome hoax, but I want to believe.
