In spite of the fact that Warpmart makes a lot of mistakes their after-sales service is splendid!!
Tuesday, October 18 I received TCH vinyl from Warpmart, unfortunately there was some sort of red material pressed in the vinyl which cause crackles in Chromakey Dreamcoat and on the other side at the spot as well.
I emailed them in the evening and got a reply the next day "I'll send you a replacement, don't worry about returning the damaged
copy."!
And today, 3 days later I received a complete new release including 2 stickers and a CH postcard! YAY
I would've been satisfied if they send a replacement of the first disc only...
i dont know. for me its not so good.
they sent me tch tuesday last week and i still have not got it.
i emailed them on tuesday this week and they said
if not delivered in the uk within 14 days a replacement will be sent.
and
if not delivered in europe with 28 a replacement will be sent
they have classed me in dublin as europe which i am but i ordered jackson's smash on a monday before that and got it that wednesday and there delivery times are as follows
1-3 uk
2-5 euro
5-13 usa
I told them this that i should really have it by now and that i have checked my post office and dublin city post office and there is nothing there waitin to be picked up.
i feel like i am the only person in the world that has not got my copy form warp.
and i know they have no stickers left so i ordered my copy for nothing, i could have just gone to a shop up the road and got it there.
WTF!
I do understand your anger, but it isn't fair to blame Warp about this.
Experience shows that it can take longer than it actually should take. That's why they wait 28 days before sending a new copy...
You'll get a copy eventually and I wouldn't be surprised if they send some stickers along with it.

sorry, bit pissed at them.
Warp's service was kind to me. I ordered the LP from Warp, but they sent me the CD instead. I emailed them back and then they sent me the LP, and told me to keep the CD. I've got two sets of stickers and "poster." When (IF) you get your copy from Warp, and there's no goodies, let me know and I can mail you my extra set.

As you see Warpmart correct a mistake if necessary...I know Boomkat does as well.

I agree with you there, but all the record shops suck where I live so most of the stuff I get is through mailorder. I would much rather browse in person than on the internet.
