google image search help

Post by sevenELIXIR »

When I search for something in google image search, I get the normal page full of thumbnail results. I know that when I click on a thumbnail, usually a gray box would pop up next to it with the same thumbnail inside it, along with the site/link where the image is located on the internet. you could then click either the link or the thumbnail within this gray box to get to the image or site. in my case, this gray pop up box is blank. it's there, even with the little x in the corner to close it, but there is nothing inside it, no image or text. just the x in the corner and the 2 carrots for scrolling left to right (although there is nothing to scroll to). how can I fix this annoying problem? fuck computers. I am using windows7 64 bit and ie10.

Try clearing your browser's cache, that's always the first suspect.

I'd highly suggest switching to another browser, like Firefox. IE is not standards-compliant and as a result often renders webpages wrong.

it works just fine in firefox. firefox is ok. I'm just used to IE10 which is why I prefer to keep it. apparently I am unable to download google chrome.... when I open the setup.exe file, nothing happens. I hate computers.
