Incredible. Every we needed actually. Quiet, remote, stunning scenary and with a juggernaut of seafood and Guiness.

I want to emigrate and become a fisherman. Not really, but, y'know..

Played a really good Tortoise / Pajo-esque guitar / looping improvisation earlier. Didn't record.

Didn't fucking record.

Smashed my watch face this morning, so I'm now wearing a Russian children's watch from the 1980s.

Feel that this might make me some kind of king of the hipsters today.

Points lost for wearing it so I can tell the time, rather than ironically.

Get a tape recorder! Even if it's a distorted analog recording smothered in tape hiss, at least you have a general idea of what you did.

On the other hand, the impermanence/ephemeralness (?)/short-lived-ness of an improvisation can be nice in its own way, too.

I've got a digital TASCAM thing that's really good; it's usually just that I start off pissing about, get really into it, and then realise twenty minutes later that I shoulda done the business.

Brilliant, I could listen to him all day and judging by the delight and awe on Jeremy Paxman's face, so could he!

Hey guys, it's been a while. I've been spending most of my internet time on 4chan lately, but I thought I should check back in with my old pals at Twoism here. I guess I should fill you in on how I've been doing these past few months.

First, I've started my first job at a nearby Wendy's, although I've gotten an offer from a local convenience/liquor store so I'm probably going to switch over when I get the chance. Second, and probably the bigger one, I've entered my first relationship. Just the other day we both experienced our first kisses together. The past few times we hung out with each other, we usually spent a lot of time cuddling in bed before working up to that though. It's all been feeling more surreal than the stereotypical "birds suddenly appear" kinda stuff, like the next day I would just think back and find it weird that it actually happened.

Anyway, I hope to start checking in with you guys regularly soon.
