I consider the stuff on this album to be a return to form of sorts. To me, it's similar in spirit to Aviation Weather, but with a simplicity more like my very first BN stuff. It's uncomplicated compared to some of my music.

Way back in forever ago I posted a couple tracks to the BoC livejournal group called Cumulonimbus, Save The Earth, This Is A Tornado Warning.... to me, this record reminds me of that. My approach was the same as then.

uuuuuuhm... depends how long ago that was. If it was a long time ago, I'm pretty sure I used it in a song called 'aurora chorus' that never got released (along with a bunch of other stuff from around the same period that never went on an album)
