Liking that track, really nice.

Now that it's December, I thought why not pretend to really feel like it's December and ended up with a little piano tune:

Just finished the last track in what will be my first full album, to be released in January on Sparkwood Records. I think it's something a lot of you guys might like, I hope so anyway!

Cheers guys

EDIT: Put together a video using old footage from a nature documentary for this track if anyone wants a peek! Thanks

Thanks Dave. Yeah, the 1st draft really refers to the mix, but there's a few other little tweaks i might do. It's a bit of a departure for me I think.

Been working on a piece combining field-recording, processed elements of field-recordings and instrument recordings, inspired a bit by Italo Calvino and Steve Reich.

I just listened and commented on a few of the tracks I heard off this page. There is some really good and interesting stuff happening in the tracks.

I just finished a track called Bühne. It was very much influenced by Robag Wruhme aka Gabor Schablitzki. I probably did more sound design and sampling for this song than I've ever done previously. I wanted to focus more in the style of minimal german music with an emphasis on percussion. I have great respect for extraordinarily minimal tracks that can flip a thing by some slight variation on the minutiae. I didn't quite get there but I like what happened anyway.

These tracks are going to be mastered soon and be released on the Red Dye netlabel in the near future.

Microcassette-saturated dub techno with noise and shoegaze influences. What do you guys think?

i am werking on getting out of the fucking united states. san francisco sucks large balls.
3-6 thousand a month for a 1br. 6-10 a month for a 2br. oh sure you can pay under 3k for a 1br, but with that you get such lovely amenities as drug dealers, bed bugs, piss and feces on your doorstep. and guaranteed scent of garbage.

this is what i'm werking on.

vancouver or montreal. its too fucked up here. too much crazy shit going on in the world for a country to be so materialistic and blind to everything.

werking on leaving.

Just for kicks, I went and remixed daft punk's latest, track-by-track, with only samples from the tracks to work with. Here's the result :
