you might be way off. and you may have nailed it on the head. who knows.
there is a possibility that is where they got the track title from. they said themselves some of the track titles that they use are obscure references. it wouldnt be that far outside the box to think that they referenced an old family camper in a song title considering they like to try and capture the past.
