Sandison Number

Post by i am a pylon »

I don't know if anyone ever tried this before...

We have this, this and even this (Natalie Portman FTW). What about a Sandison Number?
---
The rules:

- You are Michael Sandison or Marcus Eoin Sandison, you have Sandison Number = 0.

- You "worked" (help me define this, I guess played/collaborated/officially remixed) with the Sandison brothers, you have Sandison Number = 1.

- You worked with someone who worked with the Sandison brothers (but not with the Sandison brothers themselves), you have Sandison Number = 2.

(and so on)

A person with no such collaboration chain connecting him/her to the Sandison brothers has a Sandison number of infinity (or an undefined one).

I'll start: OP Sandison Number = ∞.

Please try to explain the origin of your Sandison number, if finite.

I think it's one of those 'Seven Degrees of Separation' things??

ie. I know a guy, who knows a guy, whos knows a bloke, who once worked in the petrol station that Mike's mum uses to fill up her Vauxhall Corsa.

etc.

I'd guess somewhere around 30 or so, being that my birthday (May 27) is the day that Boards of Canada played their new album in Lake Dolores, and because my dad's birthday (June 10) is when TH came out officially. Just a guess, but ya never know...

I bought from Bleep.
Bleep is for Warp.
Warp has spoken to BoC, obviously.
