Yeeeeeeaaaaah!

Here's an idea i've been having for the cover, not quite finished. Yep, it's kinda similar to the last 2, but i don't think this is a bad thing :)

Deadline is closing in!

Are there still artists out there who want to send a tune(s) but didn't send a participation email yet?
Or those who did sent a participation email/tune who didn't got a reply from me??

Any you guys got a .psd template set up for this submission? Would really appreciate it. Been doing design for years and done plenty cds, but never proper jewel cases. Be greatly appreciated!!

Cheers lads, and best of luck with your designs, and track submissions :)

EDIT: Got it sorted with a little help ;) Cheers

I'm having another idea for the text treatment, but before i incorporate this into a full cover design, i wanna ask you: do you like this at all?

I'm really liking this idea! Even if this will not be chosen it will be a perfect banner for promotional purposes :)

Music submission is closed now!
I'll be sending out confirmation emails tomorrow as I've received a lot today.

Onto stage 2 & 3 now.
  • Let the artwork competitors brighten up this thread!
  • Anyone out there who's up for a microsite this time around?

Hopefully that image uploaded, I have only done it once and it took a few goes, ha. But this is the cover I've been working on so far. Cheers!

I'm liking this one the most.

I really think, of all I've seen that this one is the best. I don't know how this volume will be in terms of sound but I at least know that for my submission, my bandmates and also their solo stuff most of them were going for a "darker" sound. This is the "darkest" looking cover so far and it looks great.

Anyways, good luck to all who submitted! :)

Looking forward to Vol. 6.
Okay...now...wait for fog machine.

Not sure if a theme is purposely being developed from the last two releases, or whether this might fit the music, but I thought i'd throw this in for something completely different...
