There are three landscape shots in there, two coastal, one - correct - showing a suburban scene, albeit reversed and upside down, taken where I live. All photos are my own although the all-seeing-eye and the Square and Compass images are not. EDIT: correction, the 2nd coastal image was taken at last summer's Twoism meet, either by Twoist or Scotronica. Thanks guys!

I'm glad you think it's sinister as the main shot I'd intended to base it on is one that I find incredibly sinister. Taken alone on a deserted beach in summertime just a few miles east of John O'Groats and lit by eerie midnight sun, my wife and I found an old jet-black sack sat bolt upright like a wraith. It looked for all the World it looked like it was watching us. Reminded me of the M.R. James story 'Oh Whistle and I'll Come To You My Lad'.Still gives me shivers now...

I honestly think this is great, love that the all-seeing eye is present, even in the wilderness, especially in light of ol' Julian's statements yesterday: http://www.cnn.com/2014/03/08/tech/web/ ... index.html

I don't envy whoever has to pick the art for this; so much great stuff!

In all honesty it strikes me as no surprise that so very many talented artists of all stripes congregate here on Twoism, and make the OoT compilation series the marvel that it is. I too do not envy the decision-makers; but man do I love the fruits of their labors!
What's been really fun is exploring the signature links of users / artists I don't recognize already from soundcloud or from past OoT compilations...
It's safe to say I'm officially getting stoked (as my friends in California would say)...
The anticipation is mounting exponentially!!!

Kudos especially to rotane and DaveJ for the eye candy! OoT6 will surely be clothed in exquisite splendor, regardless of what ultimately comprises its final designs!

I'm still liking this the best, but it has some sort of strange sharpness to it. Is that a product of scaling the image down or something?

Trying to think whether the front would be better with the saturation down just a tad or the colors left up.

I like it a lot, it stands out very differently from all of the covers we have had.
Okay...now...wait for fog machine.
