for me its the remix on TCH ep, should have left it off and put another original on there.

on that note the new repress vinyls now sound better even than the white vinyl.

I think a lot of is down to the quality of the rip, it's just too dissonant. To me, it's darkness without being tempered by the usual light. This is something I'd like to hear a higher quality version of someday.

id wait 10 years for the next one...IF there will even be one. i hope there is....but i wouldn't be upset if they did. they offered up some of the best music. and we got to hear it.

Its seems the worst thing/s they ever done are still pretty damn good hehe.

But if they never release some kind of box set of old material, another new album or play live again, preemptively, this is the worst thing ever.

i didnt mean for my message to sound entitled or anything.

it just seems that they could have released it sooner because they had most of the songs already done by like 2011 (thats what it seemed like at least in some interviews that i read)

It's probably my favorite thing they've done in terms of overall artwork for a release (cover, inner art, postcards, all that stuff)

I get vibes of a civilisation that is breaking apart, a more futuristic approach to their old nostalgic feel. let's say MHTRTC represents the things that defined our style and innovation 20 years ago. If we go off this then TH is the album someone would produce after the third world war, right in the spot that it hit the hardest. It has a rather cold feeling to it, and that's not just the feeling of the tracks but the production and advertising of the album as well.
See the tracklist for example. White Spiders. Cold Earth. Russian Words. Transmissions. Collapse. Sundown. New Seeds. Sick Times. Reach For The Dead.

All of this gives the whole thing a rather modern approach to their old style of trying to represent the feeling of nostalgia..

And the fact that this is the first album of theirs I noticed getting released (I listened to the stream, solved the puzzles with other Twoism members, got excited for new things almost every day of the week) gives it a sweet taste even when I just think of it.

I just hope their next work is a bit more cheerful and psychedelic like TCH/IABPOITC.

Yeah I've read that. In the end music is subjective, I'm sure they don't mind that some of us get a dystopian feeling out of it.
See Geogaddi or other releases for example. There are so many interpretations and ways of feeling about it out there, why should we limit ourselves to the idea of the artist? Of course it'd be nice to get their message without having to read about it in an interview, but the apocalyptic feeling of it is present according to many users on here, so they maybe didn't do it properly if they really wanted this message to come across after the first few listens.
