He joined around the time I did, made a bunch of cryptic posts that led everyone to believe he was either one of the bros, or very close to them, then vanished. 99% of their posts have been deleted too. There have only been a handful of similar users with legit info like that over the years I've been around. Odd...

any examples? (I don't have an answer, just curious)

that guy was a bser - was talking about an album coming out in 2008 shortly followed by old tunes etc. Clearly, that never happened.

Hey, what about the voices heard on the csch video? Would it be possible to use the recording of one of the vinyls to 'filter out' the melody to try to hear what's being said in the background?

Sounds a lot to me like the UVB-76 russian military numbers station.

I can't believe I've never noticed that second voice before... I know the 'second code' idea has been discussed to death, but... yknow...

Please note I'm not talking about the counting but rather some voices audible behind the mix, as if they were voices of people talking while recording the number sequence. Unfortunately my only good headphones broke so I'm not able to make much with this right now but it would be cool if someone could look into it.

I was indeed referring to the distant background voices. They sound eerily similar to the occasional letters (alpha beta etc in russian)/ number sequences broadcast by uvb. I nearly deafened myself but i am convinced it is russian. Fits in with the whole Semena Mertvykh thing also.

RIP your headphones, they have gone to a better place </3

Is UBV-76 an Over the Horizon Radar?

It is a heavily sought after, but never found location. It has changed location at least once and many people believe the old site to be a defunct over the horizon radar station near chernobyl. (this is starting to sound more boards by the second)

Why isn't Zoetrope called Daedalum? *dons conspiracy theory foil hat*
Saw a blind man walking down the street
Greets every person he chanced to meet
Saw a cop write a ticket to a man over fifty
Fell over laughing screaming he was a hippie
Ran into a granny had a smile on her face
Broke a trophy she just won in a race

Don't worry about the future
Forget about the past
Whether it's good or bad
It's a gas

Did we get a definitive answer as to whether the Hi Scores repress will be out this year?

I've seen the term "uncanny valley" thrown around here a few times now. After having a look on Wikipedia I've got a vague sense of what it means, but am struggling to know where the connection to BOC has come from?

So- Rodox Video. Sounds a lot like an Echus synth line, only faster. Anyone else ever hear the similarity?

Where in the world am I supposed to share the fan-videos I've found? I know that there are threads of this purpose referred to in the favorite-sticky, but the most active of those was last being bumped half a decade ago. It feels weird to revive such an old thread.
