Could Tomorrow's Harvest be the soundtrack to a film?

I was thinking about how some people claim the Dark Side of the Moon syncs up with The Wizard of Oz: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dark_Side_of_the_Rainbow.
I personally think that it is just a coincidence. I'm pretty sure the human mind makes whatever music you slap down fit what your eyes are watching to some degree. It also is strange to think that Pink Floyd would would even want to do something like this. Like, if syncing an album to a movie would yield more albums like Dark Side of the Moon then more bands would be syncing their albums to films.
Then I thought about the possibilities that Tomorrow's Harvest could have been purposely synced with a film. I've read interviews where the brothers have said that they consider TH to be a soundtrack. Gemini starts with a chime that would work for syncing the album with some sort of production logo at the beginning of a film. This is just a theory and I have no speculation as to which film it would match up with. I don't even think it's true, but I thought it was an interesting possibility. Thought?

They said they've referenced several films in this way, but they're pretty vague when it comes to titles

I think the frame-like object in the RftD video hints at it nicely.

It is a soundtrack to the modern world, and where we are heading. Though always with that subtle sense of humour they have.

Their music has always been another way of viewing childhood, the odd sides of life. Like watching a past life, little glimpses that make you half remember. But you aren't quite sure what happened and what is caused by the fogginess of memory.

Could be wrong though..

I have thought the same thing and tried it with a few 80s sci fi movies etc. Aesthetically it fits with terminator 2 pretty damn well despite stopping half way through. I don't think it was intended, but try it out if you have the time. It found it to be rather spooky

I will probably make a video of the first ten minutes or so to demonstrate

someone had the presence of mind to pair it with Blade Runner (my favorite film of all time) and i gotta say - the opening track is spot on - including the fanfare (which in the BR soundtrack is called the Ladd Company Logo Theme) ...

Blade Runner would have been one of my best guesses too, though I hate to burst your bubble, but it looks like they've cut a portion of the "opening crawl" in that youtube video to make it fit with the track

I can't remember which interview it was but a while back they were quoted as saying they wanted to release a film of some kind. Maybe this was meant to be a film...or maybe it is and we just haven't cracked some code to get at it (unlikely but possible). I suppose that Invocation video could have been the film but I thought they were talking about a bigger project.

I remember them saying that, (I think they said it in an interview for Warp10, the same one where RDJ tells an uncomfortably candid story about Steve Beckett and a condom) that the masterplan for BoC was to make films and books etc. Whether or not that was a hyperbole, I don't know.
However, I'd wager the structure of Tomorrow's Harvest works the same way I feel a lot of film soundtracks do in that each song/theme is structured around some kind of action, in TH's case, it's a hypothetical action, kind of like how they described the visuals for The Campfire Headphase. Perhaps they meant a soundtrack in the way a soundtrack album works, just a compilation of these themes from the film, rather than actually fitting as a literal soundtrack for the film. Whether that's me just thinking about the album in too idealised of a way, I'm not sure.
However, I'm not sure BoC would have made the album sync around a film, while it sounds like an interesting concept, I can only imagine it'd be far too difficult to do, and would likely sacrifice a lot of quality in the process.
