Or maybe we can help each other? Lol. I'll go through my sessions later. There are a few, I'm sure, that are terrible.

Oh man you gotto work on those vocals It feels like there is like a rock floor between the vocals and the backing track. Read a book about it.

ok here's sopmething
This was on my hard drive of old songs I released as "underwater", i think this is from 2008
I went in with honest intentions I swear but I ended up with this bullshit
volume warning
http://sequoia.ax.lt/calming_soothing_peacefulness.mp3

I also felt that the same thing happened here, in about 2012

edit: and just for fun here's a mix of The Big Mill from OOT4 from when I was messing about with the autotune / trying to find something very srs to complement Thatcher being a fucking bitch

Thats frigging hilarious. Did you end up trying to use effects desperately to make it "better", cause I sometimes end up with that. Im starting to think that just means hitting CTRL-N
I get the feeling this is what you get when you try to be experimental sounding and not just see what happens when you experiment.

It reminds me why this failed: https://www.mediafire.com/?b80zl7rz23hcxt8

*startles* OMG THERE IT IS ALL OVER AGAIN!

This is pretty special, in the sense you somehow found a way to make music that sounds like pure BORING. That takes heart.

Is that Pingu I hear?

NUUK NUUUK!!

Also, this is what you get when you write a counterpoint melody and not pay perfect attention: https://www.mediafire.com/?b80zl7rz23hcxt8

also, this thread is opening my eyes while making music. The question "is this right to post in topic of mine?" is good quality control.

hahaha, yes i did, ... maybe if i bitcrush the shit out of it people wont notice the sheer horror!

omg man the detunation on that melody synth is actually doing my fuckin nut in. it sounds like the sort of music i might expect to hear at a nightclub for 13 year olds, but only if they had only taken way too much amphetamines and the room was melting.

This is a song I made in 2008 right before I moved from Pennsylvania from Arizona. The lyrics are pretty self-explanatory when you pair them with an 18 year old about to move across the country. I suppose it's not so much shit as it is an early work. But, it's made up of some old preset settings, if I remember correctly and is kind of basic.

I cringe at the way I say "I don't wanna go," which is mostly why I'm posting.

IT'S ALSO REALLY REPEAT-Y.

Enjoy? Are we supposed to enjoy in this thread?
