I read this post a few weeks ago and I just cant shake it. Its such a perfect way to describe how i feel about BoC. I also think this shows why it is impossible to "explain" BoC to friends and family. It's not just music to me. Boards of Canada, especially the early unofficial tracks, affect me in ways no other music ever has. And the hardest thing is to try to explain this.
I actually thought no one felt this way about them, but after reading this forum I guess I'm not alone.
