The weird thing for me has been that vol1 and vol3 I loved on first listen. Vol2 however I didn't particularly enjoy the first time round... Yet now I think its just so listenable. I listen to it a lot compared to the others. Sugarcoated sneck is stuck in my head. The violin line is pretty fucking cool.

But yeah, all of these releases are great and they are just full of amazing tracks. Im with sevenELIXIR, they totally deserve more attention IMO.

Solus, Igorant, Heir to it All, Moxley Moy... pretty amazing tracks.

What an opening track on the Christ. mix I lnked previously: Nimrod 33 - Barbed Bed.

Heard it years ago and forgot about until I heard this mix.

If you've never heard it before I would seriously check it on a pair of cans - epic!

The Curios albums are variable in quality - he's said as much himself - but at 50p a pop on Bandcamp you can't go wrong!

It's definitely worth a buy if you've ever wanted to hear some of his earlier stuff.

Yeah the story goes, that's how it was introduced - either that or "this one's FOR Marcus", the guy wasn't sure and obviously there's a heck of a difference between those two. So there was this speculation, but until someone straight up confirms it one way or another I'm going to assume it's one of his, it was his gig after all.

fans of nancy and the winter sky may also enjoy, from touched 2, unfolded protein response:

furthermore, this was released yesterday(?):

https://bleep.com/release/64409-coppe-20rpm

the track kemuri was co-written with christ. and it's fucking brilliant. listen to it with headphones on or the volume up. haven't listened to the whole album yet, but i've just dl'ed it from bleep. coppe was amazing life so i'm expecting good things.

gotta laugh at people getting excited at the almost two year old track tho just because someone thought it was from boc. if you had been paying attention you'd have been enjoying it for years. better late than never i guess.

I know, I saw it linked on the BoC reddit and though I didn't buy the story that went with it (which is why i put the vid in here rather than make a thread in the other forum) given he put some of it in the video description I thought eh, better mention that's what people were saying if anyone draws attention to it. I did assume if someone fan enough to be at the gig didn't recognise it it must be new though.

I've only heard Christ's album stuff mainly, up till now so I'm happy this brought it across my radar, even though it's late. I actually got excited about it because I thought "holy shit, that's the best thing I've ever heard him do". Its a shame if, like he says on the FB post, some people are hearing it's not BoC and losing interest... I may not be the most dialled in but I do listen with my ears.
