Downloaded an album from "Milieu" today. Glorius.

I know he had hung around here for like a week..

Anyone have any more they'd care to share? After looking at his webpage: milieu.ropeswingcities.com he has a HUGE amount of material. With wonderful album titles such as, "Songs We Found in the Sand" and "A Dusty Box of Old Memories".

Need more (saw the 3" from Earstroke as well). Anyone?

I listened Milieu - Night Currents for the very first time yesterday and to be honest I was quite blown away by it.

I loved it!

The day before I listened Milieu - Sun White Sun and that one is LUSH as well!

I listened to "Giants in the Desert" on the way home last night.. very nice, dark, ethereal.

This morning on the way up to the office I drowned myself in "Coastal Tones".

A definite RDJ/SAWII vibe floating around..

I just got to wonder how Milieu does it. That's a TON of material over the last couple of years.. and so far all of it great

It was released on 125 copies at U-cover in January 2006, but has long since been out of print. You can either order a $5 CD-R copy of it here or search it out on soulseek.

Anyway, wanted to give big props to "Sun White Sun". Gorgeous, stunning. Nice and tapey. Is all that rumbling and hiss just coming from the Technics?

Must have been some old tape!
