I think someone had a theory that Point Hope could be ATP track 2, but I'm not sure if it had any real evidence behind it :P
Woah, I can totally see it being Point Hope though.

By cutting the audiences out at the start and end, it perfectly fits Point Hope's 7:15 duration. There's 13 seconds at the beginning until it starts, and 3 to 4 seconds at the end after it ends. 13+3=16, then 7:33 (ATP2's length) minus 0:16 is 7:15, just about.
I think it might be worth finding the source for the reversed speech at the end, to rule out the possibility the sample was produced after 1994 :D as that would be after Hooper Bay was released, which would confirm it's not Point Hope.

I've tried many a time to find the source for that sample, no luck :( Considering it seems like a very run-of-the-mill news broadcast, it also being made before 1995 would probably make it very unlikely to appear anywhere on the internet.

Speaking of ATP, has anyone else ever had the thought that Echus is probably what most of Catalog 3 sounds like?
If The Campfire Headphase was a butterfly, would Acid Memories be the caterpillar?
Spoiler: show
Unfortunately I have no clue lmao. But while you're here, go ahead and check out some of my tunes! You might dig 'em and stuff!

Wow! I never thought of that!

(EDIT: I just noticed it's about 20 seconds off Drone 18. You never know.... )
