The Campfire Headphase vinyl Reissue

Post by Dandegyrecorder »

This is directed to everyone that bought the Campfire Headphase vinyl: Was it worth it? A lot of people said their new pressings were all messed up, and i'm wondering if that's the case with all/most of them, or if there was just a couple bad pressings.

I've bought re-pressing of all 3 album and was really happy with it. Especially with Music Has Rights to Children. Lets say my original 1998 pressing was really old:) And used frequently:)

Nothing wrong with my TCH, but my Geogaddi repress did repeat on The Smallest Weird Number. Fixed that using a small pin though.

My TCH sounds amazing, and the art is amazing to see on the vinyl packaging

Hearing TCH on vinyl gave me a new appreciation for it. I haven't had any problems with the records.

Mine has a little scratch that shows up on about the last minute of Slow This Bird Down. There's a little "bzzt" sound from the right channel every two seconds when the needle runs over it.
Red -
Orange - Aquarius
Yellow - Alpha and Omega
Green -
Blue -
Purple - Music is Math

Warp fixed it with a new batch, but the first one for me was messed up. Nothing was perfect except mhtrtc. Not even the EPs

Really? My IABPOITC vinyl sounds great
I guess some of the vinyls didn't sound as good as others. The same thing happened with my Björk - Biophilia record which sounded way worse than my friend's copy

The only thing wrong with mine is that it didn't come with the sticker. They came with the other reissues I bought.
