Nope, that's a different one. The one I mentioned starts at 2:30 and loops right till the end and is buried low in the mix. Lower than "you might be dead" (which imo is very present). It is hard to notice until you get it, because they fit it so well with the track. It is very melodic.

Not to sound stereotypical, but it really blew my mind when I first heard it. It all seems so obvious after the fact.

I always thought that was a synth for some reason. It must have taken some very close listening to understand what the voice is saying.

I really like the "you may be dead" sample in that track. It sounds very similar to the way the samples are edited in 5d. I tend to think of Dawn Chorus as something of a reprise to that track.
