Nice, I'm listening to DJ Magic Mike's "This Is How It Should Be Done" at the moment!

DJ Q-Bert produced an album called Galaxxian that is the jam. Mostly slept on I think.

Anyone here checked out Freddie Gibbs's and Madlib's "Piñata" collab?

It's a perfect album.

I've listened to Madlib before, but it was a while ago. Was pretty good. He's mainly a producer right? Think I've listened to an album by him that only contained beats.

Got in to this thread too late to read every comment so I hope this hasn't been posted already.

I consider Eyedea and Abilities First Born as one of the greatest hip hop albums ever created. Maybe it's just nostalgia as it was released around the time my group of friends were closest and we were experimenting with different music and highs. The stories on some of the tracks are outstanding and the production is haunting at points.
