And the increased online activity is nice to see. While it doesn't necessarily mean they're close to releasing something, it does mean that they've warmed up to the idea of positively acknowledging all the love they get online now that TH is out of their system. And while I think they are making progress towards a release, I don't think its nearly as imminent as some people around here seem to believe. I'd expect something relatively soon, but not super soon. Say, mid 2017.
Yes mdg posts over there from time to time, but he hasn't been active here in months either. I would have thought if the Harvest Ritual post was debunkable, he would have just logged in and debunked it with his usual level of efficiency - if they are making all these subtle gyrations in various corners of the internet, of course they are watching Twoism and WATMM as well while all that's going on, we might not have a lot to talk about right now, but I'm sure that we haven't been forgotten.

If he had logged in and said it was nonsense and we were chasing our own tails, we'd take him at his word like we always have. If anyone likes to say no more than often than my wife, it's probably mdg. If he did that, and then 2 or 3 months later, something called Harvest Ritual was released, then that level of trust would be shot. I know we are a nuisance and his occasional presence here is probably looked at as a necessary evil on their part, but I think when interacting with their fanbase is involved, maintaining a level of integrity is important to them and to him. So I take radio silence as a good sign at this point.

After the April Fools incident several years back I get the impression that even though WATMM is still kind of the old boys club when it comes to older Warp artists and the like, BoC doesn't have a close relationship with them at this point - not that they ever did really, but there hasn't been anything like the Geogaddi video contest over there since then. Twoism got preference during the run up to TH as well. Anyways...

Now it seems that Joyrex will do some of his own detective work but rather than show his work, he will act cryptic about it. It's just the same sort of stuff that goes on over here but with more secrecy and less excitement. That's completely his business to carry on like that, but I don't think he's being personally clued into any special information, he's just doing the same digging that we are and being vague about how he sussed it out.

We should make 8/22 a Twoism holiday, we'll call it Black Box Day. 24 hours of radio silence waiting for something to happen. It was a quiet day even for them compared to their recent activity. It will be a way to commemorate both the end of cosecha-transmisiones.com and years of watching that box do nothing between TCH and TH. Cheers!

Ive said it before.. If mdg debunked ALL myths, then not debunking one would effectively become confirmation by default. He doesnt seem anywhere near that silly.

I agree, it would turn in to a direct line between boards and fans where every silly assumption/ false message found would force Mark to have to respond to debunk it. I think he has better things to do than to dedicate himself to scanning twoism 24/7 to make sure everything is in order. That said, when one gains quite a lot of momentum and has the collective userbase sitting on the edge of their seats, it might be an example of a time when mdg's presence is probably needed more than others.

On another subject. Mexi is one post away from 7000! Congrats (-:

Nobody hopefully. Poor guy gets bombarded with the same questions daily I suspect. He's Gandalf. Deus Ex Machina personified.

He owns the cape, he gets to choose when he makes the whoosh noises

I posted on the other running thread as well - just a few minutes ago Boards posted on FB a video for Nothing is Real.

At least they are still "active"!

Commissionaire Gordon aka Mexicola: "He's the hero Twoism.org deserves, but not the one it needs right now."

That's actually probably more fitting and accurate than I initially thought...

It's been 2 weeks of radio silence since then. Is this the calm before the storm or are they trying to tell us it's all been a put on and that they've been flirting unkindly with our greed? :)

It's only cool when BoC do it.

I genuinely believe what I am saying.

Anyway, things are dying down a bit here so something to keep the fans stimulated and interested might be nice about now, but I am not one to interfere.

I'd say if anything, BoC are traditionalists when it comes to their actual album releases. The TH campaign I'm sure was some kind of label mandated thing, but for the most part they just announce an album and then release an album. It might take awhile between releases but they're not going out of their way to generate excitement ahead of time.

They've been fiddly with their social media accounts recently, and by "fiddly" I mean they are still reclusive compared to most other artists, but any activity at all is having hype attributed to it. That's on us, not them. There's no black boxes or other hints, it's all pretty boring and understated and that's fine.

Suprised they didnt announce nothing, maybe I should take a break from this hexagon party, the less you expect, the more chance they going to deliver.
