I've been addicted to playing the Dwarf Fortress song on guitar lately. It's such a fun song to play, I just can't stop. I think I'm starting to get carpal tunnel from it. I don't even like Dwarf Fortress, but that song is so fucking good.

I don't know what ANSI is, but guitar music goes well with anything and everything.

Not a rabid Undertale fan, but the music is pretty good

The FEZ soundtrack and subsequent remix albums were instrumental in my exploration and love of electronic music. Stardew Valley also has an amazing score.

The Thief series has no soundtrack, but lots of droney ambient sounds. Someone compiled the sounds from each level into soundtracks.
