Has a better version of IABPOITC in particular ever surfaced? Maybe they will do us all a favor and release the soundboard of it on Youtube as part of the next album's ARG ala Julie and Candy...

That's amazing, I thought I had heard it all. Most of the rest of the show is passable quality, this was the one that really needed serious help.

The mediafire link is for two tracks of higher quality than the full recording, but they've still been around for a long time. I recorded two tracks at ATP. "Julie and Candy" and what is referred to as "Track 07". I was further back than the guy who did the recording that has been doing the rounds, just to the left of the sounddesk, and the sound is pretty good.
These two tracks are all that I recorded unfortunately. I encoded them from MiniDisc to 160kbps MP3s back in 2001. I can't find the MD, so I can't rip them at a higher bitrate for the moment.
If nobody objects, I'm happy to post these for download.
