Any old fool can buy themselves a bulk box of cheap watches and/or clocks, replace the faceplate with some stolen artwork they printed out themselves, then turn around and try to sell it as their merchandise. It's not exactly the most scrupulous of moneymaking strategies, but apparently it's profitable enough that jerks like this guy keep doing it.
