Hypnotizing and fucked, i love it!

Thank you, lyst, Elexen and Kyla! Means a lot. My sound is getting better and better. There were some key things still missing in my mixing process, but I'm ironing them out nicely. Finally. lol.

Here's another. Dedicated to Geir Jenssen aka Biosphere. A huge influence of mine with his gorgeous sound and atmosphere.

A very drunk Friday night me and a buddy decided to try and make some old skool hardcore. This was about an hour of very wasted work, that I don't really remember, but there's actually something there I think. Drums don't really work, but the lead and vocal sample are quite nice. Might try and finish this for fun

This is awesome!! Everything fits really well. Whats the sample from? It's sounds really really familiar. From "Just for Laughs"?

I made this today. It's a song to with my father's story of encountering a pack of wolves by himself, just after the sun set, while hiking through the snow in Algonquin Park. Many kilometers from the nearest sign of civilization, too.

I'm so deep in love with messing with tape right now.

Aaahh ya! I knew it sounded familiar. Brilliant use of those samples! Love this stuff. The Woody Allen version of Die Hard on MadTV was amazing. One of my favourite skits. Your synth work is gorgeous, btw.

Thanks for the compliment. Been having a blast lately, just messing aboot.

Sounds awesome! I loved your album Waves. Looking forward to this one. Keep us posted, eh?

I have a couple projects on the go. One new one and trying to polish up and old one.

Actually there is a third project that's in the process of coming together. I have a woman (a friend of mine whom I haven't been in contact with for about 10 years) with an incredible voice who agreed to sing for me. She writes amazing lyrics, too. Gonna be awesome. It's in the early stages and things are slow as we don't live very close and I really need her in my studio for things to go smoothly. I might move down to her area, actually. I have a family and friends down there. Exciting times. 8)

Cheers 747Music! I'll definitely do a little post on here when the new record's done. It's a bit of a change but hopefully people will still enjoy it. I'd love to have someone to work with and to bounce ideas off - can be lonely working on your own! Good luck with your new project.

I know just what you mean. I'd be interested in teaming up when it would work between us, time-wise. There are a couple ways we can easily communicate. I moderate the We Are the BoC Discord server for Fredd-E. So Discord is an option. I also have a dropbox sub where I can store 1TB of files for safe keeping and easy access. We have good options. PM me sometime if you're up for it.

Thanks for the well wishings. 8)

Cheers,
Tyler

This is awesome, man! Such good vibes, the FM synths sound great, the slow pulsing strings are awesome and the sample at about a minute in and again at the end is really cool.

Hey guys,

I'm just a beginner analog synth player so for the moment I practice a lot with making new sounds and ideas, I'm not really a song writer i'm more a concept player at least for now till i figure out how to make decent transitions and beats.

Anywho here is an idea i had using guitar pedals and samples of African tribes

I know i'm a wittle baby player so go light on me : )

Boards of Canada has been highly influential to me (especially with their use of samples) it inspired me to make this, using samples...
