Are you referring to that warm, warbly, buzzy sound throughout the track? How do you know it is a blimp?

To me it's clearly a gas mask... I can tell by the neck shroud... Which is more "hoodish" than diver spandex type material

That would make sense with the thematics of TH.
I've been searching for similar gas masks, but I can't find any that had the same type of glasses.

Could be a diver or even a welder!

How can you see an astronaut?

I'm still believing it's a diver. some sort of cave diver. like this:

Two sources of light behind them in the initial image suggest that it isn't natural light.
The diver route seems to be a logical one especially ones with their own light sources, other than that any night time shots of soldiers in gas masks might be a shout.

Quite possibly!
The only other plausibility I can think of is a fighter-jet pilot. Many of them wear breathing masks with similar angles and apparatus as can be vaguely seen in the TH picture. Maybe try down that route if the diving hunch leads to no avail?

If so, that makes finding the source considerably less difficult.

Edit: The last image in that sequence is of the same location used as one of the images I used in my profile picture despite not being the same shot of it. Never noticed it until now.
