Bob Lazar - Truth or Enjoyable work of fiction?

Post by TheStatPow »

I don't think this thread needs any introduction to the subject, we all know who Bob Lazar is.
What surprises me is that some people still believe his story just because he's "consistent" with it (he is not but hey ...)
To me he is clearly a phony and he gives me the same vibe that I get whenever we get fake BoC posted on this forum.

So, Bob Lazar ... Fact or Fiction?

Personally I think it's bullshit, many people in his entourage including him benefits from this story. Last time I saw, any Informant/Government Employees that leaked stuff did NOT benefit from it at all.

He worked for the government as a disinformation agent. His job was to get people talking about aliens and flying saucers at Area 51, distracting people from things like how workers there were exposed to deadly chemicals but couldn't sue (because it's classified), for example.

His jet car was pretty rad, though.

He's the consummate quack, seriously, I cannot believe how people would even believe it at first but now, it's clearly just a cash grab moneymaker of an act.

I mean, sue me, I want to believe, but the distances involved are so depressingly huge... and then there is the Fermi Paradox...

Maybe we really are the first ones and I think we ought to take much better care of our vessel.
Molest me not with this pocket calculator stuff.

It acts like a balloon imho. With all the people who have a Nikon p900 that can zoom on the moon and track planes if UFos existed we'd have it clear on video.

You need to zoom in on it, it bends the light and disappears at times; also a ballon would not travel on a straight diagonal line, it would ascend! I had Mufon call me and interview me about this and other videos I sent it. Shot with my cell phone camera it's very hard to capture when looking into the viewfinder that in broad day light is almost impossible to see. BTW this video was taken during the time Omuamua came through our solar system.

I designed the interstitial title cards and main title in the trailer for the film. I have no idea if Bob is a charlatan or not. It just feels weird when my day job crops up in the place where I go to kill time while at my day job... So I thought I'd share. Cheers.

Hey, thanks. I wish I'd gotten to meet Mr. Rourke but I did not get to meet anyone.

When I watched the film kept wondering why Lazar stopped working at "S-4." Did he finish his reverse engineering work? Was he fired? Seems like a pretty basic question that is never asked.

He talks about it on the Joe rogan experience.

He was being bugged and they found out his wife was cheating on him, so his house life was deemed "unstable" and they stopped giving him access to the facility ... according to him.

Though this might be a rob me seeing cash cow?
https://www.ebay.com/itm/Waves-WLM-PLUS ... xy3HJTGCfH

I seem to think Fabfilters Pro L2 is for 7.1 surround sound. The WLM PLUS is true peak limiting.
AND LUFS metering. And entirely what I'm after.

Soundcloud is -9 LUFS
YouTube is -13?

CD is -9
those are the mixes i'm after.
Doin a bunch of songs.

That's interesting. I wonder why they left that out of the documentary?
