New Pearl Jam song is pretty far removed from anything they've done thus far. Synths! Kind of Talking Heads meets Gang of Four type thing going on here. I hope the new album is full of unexpected sounds and weirdness.

@mechanismj true! Great record, some good tracks from Destroyer lately as well like Crimson Tide.

Wow thanks for posting the new track Josh, I had no idea about it. It did sound strange at first but within a minute or two it sounded like it was normal all the time haha. I'm a huge PJ fan, it will be cool to see anything new for sure.

I've been listening to Voidz a bit more lately:

Neina.

Highly recommend for anyone who is a fan of minimal ambient glitch.

The new Pet Shop Boys album 'Hotspot' has a track 'Happy People' where the first 15 seconds sounds a little like a faux interlude by BOC

Yeah, it's not a massively drastic change like Kid A or anything, but I'm glad PJ is apparently trying to mix things up a bit. Their last few albums have been more or less interchangeable. This is the first time they've tried to tweak their sound since Binaural, which didn't work too well. If this track is any indication, the new album will be more inspired and unpredictable. Hopefully.

Blut aus Nord, Haallucinählia from their 2019 album Hallucinogen... Album of the year for me, Vindsval is a great guitar player, sorely and criminally underestimated.

Give it a listen, don't let the Black Metal label intimidate you, it's a trippy offering! And that cover! Shrooms!!!

Molest me not with this pocket calculator stuff.
