Come on, this has to be them, right? Who else would go to this much trouble-- dumping hours of unheard music in unlisted YouTube videos? Only the brothers would do something that eccentric.

Actually, when you consider the amount of material that BoC has released in the modern age, they probably have the fewest number of non traditional releases under their belt.

Artists do this kind of stuff all the time now. You kind of have to if you want to stand out when you are less known and your only reasonable distribution option is bandcamp. Around fall last year, for example, random records were dropped into some local music shops replete with cryptic coded messages that led to more cryptic messages and youtube videos. It was all Eloutril's album release.

I noticed Eloutril's bandcamp page has disappeared again. I wonder what surprises they have in store for us in the future!

If it is being played from a tape perhaps someone found some old tunes they wanted to share with us. Just a thought.

Also, that intro is from Northern Exposure. In fact, it is probably taken straight from this clip.

Probably proves these aren't old tunes at all.

Don't go crazy guys, the only thing this has in common with BoC is that they used a synth.
Of course they have used elements to try and Appeal to BoC fans for this transmission but their style is their own.
However, this is rad and I really enjoyed it, props for doing it wheover you are.
Twoism peeps, I know you're excited at the least little sniff of hope, but please give props to the artist here not BoC, not everything good can be attributed to the the top few warp artists, there are other skilled people out there, let them have their kudos, BoC have enough

You see it with Aphex fans all the time, everything good must be RDJ, no one else can do it haha.

Anyway, i'll keep an eye out for the next one. I was actually thinking of doing something similar in this downtime, at least hopefully get some music done.
