i also saw Maximo Park at the Isle of Wight festival this june just passed. i thought they were pretty good. certainly worth checking out, anyway.

I saw them last month in Glasgow - thought they were excellent.

Squarepusher. He made me see guitar playing in a whole new light.

I never knew that the way he plays the bassguitar is very unusual. It seems that you need a lot of power to strum the bassguitar like Squarepusher does.

Aphex Twin. He was the first electronic artist that really caught my ear, and that was a long time ago. I didn't really become a Warp fan until I found BOC, which was some time later. But since then, I've been tracking down as much of the back catalogue as I could find.
