The tracks being registered isn't necessarily a sign that they will be released for sale. It's more of a way of ensuring that other people don't try to release them for sale.
The Machinedrum remake of the ATP track is also registered but called "Untitled (Machinedrum Edit)" which is just to make sure BoC own the copyright to it, despite never wishing to release it.
