Mind pointing out a few? The only bands I can think of that really scratch the BoC itch for me are Fila Brazillia, Oblique Occasions, late-era Carl Matthews, and maybe some stuff from Thievery Corporation lmao

Sure! Here's one that I've tried not to mention at every opportunity.
Some of the tracks on this album feel like they wouldn't be out of place on Societas X Tape, kind of unpredictable and crunchy drummed psychedelic music. Less electronic though. (but there are some good analogue sounds on it.)

Simian - Chemistry Is What We Are

As for ambient, some longform System 7 tracks or early instrumental Steve Hillage perhaps. I'd check his work out as well. :wink:
