I noticed you were on 666 the other day, didn't want to ruin that excitement by wrenching another post out of you.

I'm likening this stripped back stencil style to Anachronology or Bloodletters from a few months ago. Got a Warhol pop-art edge. Art for snazzy new-wave singles!

At least I was sure to make my 666th post count.

I'm likening this stripped back stencil style to Anachronology or Bloodletters from a few months ago. Got a Warhol pop-art edge. Art for snazzy new-wave singles!

That style is pretty simple and refreshing to do between denser sessions.

This one still needs some work. It was initially more cynical in concept, but I start to see some self-reflective interpretation to it.

Today at work I brought up how I stayed at home alone for most of my teenage years to a coworker and he responded with "These days you need to worry about kids like that, at least you turned out okay". Yeah, sure

Still needs work, but first thing I've worked on in a while due to depressive episodes. Another addition to the rodox_head canon. I imagine this one sounding like some kinda amalgamation of Linger Ficken' Good, The Process, and the Quake soundtrack:

I could imagine holding these in cd jewel case form. I especially like the nice touch of adding the barcodes. I wonder what item would pop up if I had a scanner handy.

From my vague understanding of UPC/SKU codes as a retail worker, my best guess would most likely be nothing . It would be cool to see them in jewel case/vinyl sleeve format, but I'd have no idea how to do that. If I did, I'd be slipping them into goodwill donations with random CDs inside for fun

Cripes, I'm bound to get some flak for this...

In a loose sense, it is new artwork, but made specifically for a music upload on my YT channel.
Currently, I am enoumoured with telepath's work (aye that's right, the vaporwave artist.) and all the space age baggage/wonder that comes with it. This album is a little wonder, I think the artwork, which is titled "Star-Suit" is rather fitting.

It's cross printed 'n backwards/with all that editing but I think it reads "copyright. 20131. rodox_head records. all rights reserved."
