Tears From The Compound Eye in a post rock/post metal style
I know this won't be everyone's cup of tea but hopefully someone might like it. I have a couple of other BOC covers in this style on my channel too as well as an Aphex Twin one.
Hoping to find a few more artists to try this with (desperately looking for an Autechre track but finding that very difficult).
Anyway - thanks for checking it out!

This reminds me of my days in a band in the early 2000s.
I love this so much. I want more!
It makes me feel like I'm young, riding in the car with the windows down on a beautiful summer day, smoking pot, laughing with friends, optimistic yet mildly sad, like a weird foreshadowing of being a grown-up. I don't know. ....it's a feeling I love though.

Sirens calling out catastrophe, waves of mourning rippling through hillsides, an exodus for us all

The intro and (especially) outro are fantastic, love the reversed delay running through and nice guitar tone. Seems a little lean on the bass throughout, I feel like that aspect could've been strengthened. This BoC track obv lends itself well to this treatment so bravo for hearing that potential and executing it!
